Hi there - I am Sam Brown. A full stack web developer based in Manchester. I have over 6 years experience developing websites, in both a front end and back end capacity.

My Skills (aka the boring bit)

CSS

An excellent level of knowledge with CSS. Including a full understanding of both object oriented, and responsive styling.

Html

Able to code fully semantic HTML(5) up to w3c standards - for totally valid and readable code.

Photoshop

Photo wizardry - turn your photography into something that will really pop, and make your site stand above the rest.

Javascript

Using Javascript, as well as libraries such as jQuery/prototype - adding elements to give your site that extra twinkle.

PHP

Need more than a basic site? Booking systems, content management systems or ecommerce = no problem!

SSH/Server

Hosting, system hacks, backups, software upgrades - none of these are a major issue!

MySQL

Databases can really help customise the users journey, and add functionality to an otherwise static site.
